TERMS OF SERVICE

Majestic Moroccan Tours operates strictly as an independent travel consultation and logistics design service. We charge flat professional fees for research, planning, and itinerary curation. We do not sell air or sea transportation, nor do we accept, hold, or process consumer funds for travel packages. Consequently, under California law, our services are exempt from Seller of Travel registration requirements.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to custom itinerary frameworks, text, graphics, logos, images, and layout design, is the exclusive intellectual property of Majestic Moroccan Tours. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any material from this site without our express written permission.

3. Accuracy of Website Information

While we strive to provide completely accurate, up-to-date travel information regarding Morocco, local conditions, vendor hours, and prices can change rapidly. We provide our website content on an "as-is" basis and are not liable for typographical errors, sudden vendor modifications, or outdated information displayed on this site.

4. Financial Responsibility & Direct Vendor Payments

All physical tour operations, accommodations, vehicles, and guiding services are contracted with and paid directly to our independent, licensed local provider in Morocco. You agree that you are solely responsible for executing payments to the Moroccan provider. We are not liable for any bank wire fees, credit card processing surcharges, or foreign currency exchange fluctuations that occur during your transaction with the Moroccan entity.

5. Limitation of Liability

Majestic Moroccan Tours serves strictly as a logistical designer. We do not own, manage, or operate any vehicles, hotels, or guiding services in Morocco. You agree that Majestic Moroccan Tours is not liable for any personal injury, financial loss, death, property damage, trip delay, or cancellation resulting from the acts, omissions, negligence, or bankruptcy of third-party vendors or external events (such as flight disruptions, extreme weather, or geopolitical actions).

6. Governing LawThese Terms of Service and any separate consulting agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes must be filed within the jurisdiction of our local California home office.

COMMUNICATION & SCOPE OF SUPPORT POLICY

To ensure a seamless planning experience and maintain professional boundaries, Majestic Moroccan Tours operates under the following communication guidelines.

1. Expected Response Times

We prioritize giving every client's custom itinerary our focused, dedicated attention.

• General Inquiries & Revisions: Please allow 24 to 48 business hours for us to review and respond to emails or itinerary modification requests.
• Urgent Requests: Inquiries received outside of standard business hours or over weekends will be addressed on the following business day in the order they were received.

2. Emergency Support vs. Local On-Trip Operations

Because we are an independent consulting service based in California and not an on-the-ground tour operator, our scope of active support changes once your trip begins:

• Pre-Trip Support: We will fully assist you with itinerary fine-tuning, destination advice, and formatting your design notes until your departure date.
• On-Trip Ground Operations: While you are physically traveling in Morocco, Majestic Moroccan Tours does not provide 24/7 emergency dispatch or flight rebooking services.
• Who to Contact in Morocco: For any immediate issues on the ground—such as a late driver, a hotel room dispute, a missed connection, or a sudden schedule change—you must contact your assigned, licensed Moroccan guide or local operator directly using the emergency contact number provided in your final travel documents. They have the legal authority and proximity to resolve operational issues in real time.
